1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Tags and labels are intact
📦 NOTE: Items like nightwear and innerwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

3. Pickup & Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup via our courier partner

In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product and share the tracking ID

Replacements (in case of exchanges) will be dispatched after we receive and verify the original item
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after product inspection

For COD orders, we may request your bank/UPI details to initiate the refund
5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products

Discounted items under "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Items returned without original tags and packaging
