• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, no cancellations are possible.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
   

5. Shipping

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.

• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the product is dispatched.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

• Refunds (or store credits) are issued after product inspection.

• Reverse pickup charges may apply.
